Farm to Fortune Money Guide: From 1,000 to 1,000,000

A farm to fortune how to make money guide: the four earning milestones from real achievements, market stalls, honey, and reinvesting wisely.

Quick Answer

The earning ladder is confirmed by achievements: earn 1,000 total (Pocket Money), 10,000 (Nest Egg), 100,000 (Loaded), and 1,000,000 for the game's namesake Farm to Fortune achievement. Selling crops, market stalls, honey, and contracts all feed the same wallet, and every coin should be reinvested.

The earning milestones

Pocket Money lands at 1,000 total earned, Nest Egg at 10,000, Loaded at 100,000, and Farm to Fortune at 1,000,000. These are lifetime totals, so progress never resets them. Note that Prestige (Fresh Start) trades the farm for its first Prestige token; treat a prestige run as a new cycle on top of your lifetime totals.

Selling at scale

Selling has its own ladder: Shopkeeper sells 1,000 crops, Merchant 10,000, and Tycoon 100,000. Open a second market stall for Stallholder, then every stall for Market Row. Full Counter has every stall selling at once, and Sold Out clears your whole inventory in one session.

Passive and side income

Beehives produce jars of honey passively: Sweet Tooth at 10 jars, Honey Trap at 100. Contracts pay for delivered goods, and big contracts (three-line, 50+ items) pay more. Compost improves your fields, which compounds into bigger harvests to sell.

Reinvest, do not hoard

The store description says it directly: reinvest everything you earn. The upgrade tree culminates in Completionist (buy every upgrade). Money in your wallet does nothing; money in land, sprinklers, machines, and the greenhouse multiplies.

Money checklist

  • Hit 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000 earned milestones in order
  • Open stalls early and keep them stocked
  • Collect honey between harvests
  • Complete contracts for bonus income
  • Push every coin back into upgrades

Cash milestones run from 1,000 to 1,000,000, and selling milestones track 1,000, 10,000, and 100,000 crops sold. Weekend Market rewards weekend selling while contracts pay on weekdays, so alternating the two outlets keeps both streams active. Compost, sprinklers, and machines all raise yield per tile, which is what pushes the totals upward.
